A wine with great complexity, result of blending of local and international varieties. Background of stone fruits typical of Premsal Blanc and very balanced acidity from Malvasía de Banyalbufar, with the local touch of the Giró Ros variety and the international Viognier variety.

Lemon yellow colour, with greyish glints that reflect its vivacity. Bright and limpid, it shows an attractive luminosity in the glass.

Pronounced aromatic intensity with subtle notes of white flowers, citrus and elegant notes of loquat, pear and peach, accompanied by a background of sweet spices from the partial ageing in French oak barrels.

On the palate it is intense and full-bodied, with a lingering acidity that adds freshness. The sensations of stone fruit at its optimum point of ripeness, peach and herbs reminiscent of the Mediterranean sea predominate.

Serve at 8ºC.

Joan Manuel Ochogavia

During his studies, which he completed as a technical agricultural engineer, Joan Manuel worked and gained practical experience at various wineries during semester breaks and internships. In 2010, he began working alongside Rosa Pons in the vineyards of Can Axartell. When a new specialist was needed for the position of cellar master in 2012, Joan Manuel was predestined for this job, which he carries out with great care and dedication.
